Service, Compliance, and Transaction Framework of KOmbat Solutions

KOmbat Solutions operates as a federally licensed firearms dealer within a regulated industry. The following guidelines establish the framework under which purchases, transfers, services, and procurement activities occur.

These policies ensure lawful compliance, inventory integrity, and a consistent client experience. By completing a purchase, initiating a service, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in these guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance

All firearm and regulated item transactions are governed by federal law, Arizona law, and ATF regulations.

KOmbat Solutions does not control:

• Background check determinations
• Federal approval timelines
• Regulatory decisions
• Third-party dealer processing

Transfer cannot occur without required approvals. Regulatory outcomes do not void services already performed.

Services Rendered

Order processing, compliance documentation handling, inventory reservation, procurement coordination, and regulatory submission preparation constitute professional services rendered at the time of transaction.

These services are independent of:

• Background check outcomes
• ATF approval timelines
• Client preference changes after purchase

Service completion may be documented and used in the event of payment disputes or chargebacks.

Client Eligibility

The individual completing the transaction must be the lawful transferee. Purchasing on behalf of another person is prohibited under federal law.

Certain individuals are legally restricted from firearm possession. Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility prior to initiating a purchase.

Orders and Finalization

Orders may be treated as final once:

• Compliance processing begins
• Inventory is reserved
• Procurement from suppliers is initiated
• Regulatory documentation is prepared

Payments and Financial Agreements

Payments, deposits, and service fees secure inventory and initiate professional services. These amounts are not considered refundable retail deposits.

Failure to complete payment arrangements may result in cancellation and release of inventory. Funds previously paid may be retained to cover services rendered.

Special Orders and Procurement

Items sourced or configured specifically for a client involve supplier commitments and procurement services.

Once procurement begins, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. Supplier timelines and production schedules are outside dealer control.

Transfers and Possession

All transfers remain subject to required documentation and background verification. Completion of payment does not override regulatory requirements.

Items not transferred within established timeframes may be subject to storage fees or handled according to policy.

Returns and Restocking

Regulated goods and reserved inventory are not general consumer products. Returns are subject to restocking and administrative fees.

Manufacturer warranty processes remain available for eligible defects.

Limitation of Liability

KOmbat Solutions is not liable for:

• Regulatory delays or denials
• Actions of federal or state agencies
• Manufacturer production changes
• Carrier delays
• Third-party dealer actions

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

Dispute and Chargeback Notice

Payment disputes or chargebacks related to processing, compliance handling, documentation preparation, or inventory reservation may be contested using order records and service documentation.

Policy Updates

Policies may be updated as required by law or operational needs. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.

Governing Law

Transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable federal law.
